My husband Charles and I traveled Kentucky in Summer 2008 presenting Buggy Kentucky programs in public libraries to celebrate the Summer Reading Program “Catch the Reading Bug” theme. Now, Buggy Kentucky is available for school day presentations and family nights. Buggy Kentucky celebrates Kentucky’s insects with a program that combines storytelling, photography, and a museum quality exhibit of actual insect specimens providing curriculum connections for Arts & Humanities, Science, and Kentucky studies.
